Service Scope

Pedal Pros provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspection, tune-up, brake service, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any scope of work is confirmed after intake and inspection, and additional work will only be carried out with approval where required.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the bicycle condition, component condition, and the agreed scope of work. A final quote is not provided until inspection is completed, and a deposit may be requested for larger or more complex work. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the workshop or during booking.

Estimates and Timing

Service timing depends on inspection findings, parts compatibility, and supplier availability. Any stated turnaround is an estimate only, and no completion date is guaranteed unless it has been specifically confirmed for the relevant appointment and parts situation.

Workshop services are provided with reasonable care, but no service can guarantee that a bicycle will be completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every road condition. Pedal Pros is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing wear, hidden defects, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance advice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Indonesia, and any dispute should first be raised with Pedal Pros in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
